To ensure the longevity of our products, it is essential to store and handle them properly, as they are made with natural ingredients. Here are some tips for prolonging their lifespan:

    • Keep the products away from heat and light.
    • Avoid introducing water into the product, as it can shorten its lifespan.
    • Use clean and dry fingers, or a spoon/spatula, to remove the product from its container.
    • Before applying our lash and brow oil, make sure your makeup is removed, and your face is clean to prevent any contamination.
    • Always tightly close the lids and caps after opening.

We currently do not offer a subscription box, but we will be looking to add one this year!

Yes, we offer gift cards in the amount of $10, $25, $50 and $100. Gift cards are available online only. You will receive a link to your gift card once purchased. We do not offer physical gift cards.

All our products, except those formulated with beeswax and emu oil, are vegan. Products made with beeswax or emu oil:

Our whipped body butter cream contains beeswax.

Our avocado eye repair cream contains beeswax.

Our lash & brow growth oil contains emu oil.

While not all of our products are certified organic, most of our formulas feature certified organic ingredients. Organic ingredients will have an asterik next to the ingredient on the product ingredients. We carefully choose are ingredients to ensure they are safe, high quality, effective and responsibly sourced.

Our products typically have a shelf life of 6-12 months after opening, which is indicated on the product label under How to Store.  

We recommend discarding the product once the shelf life has elapsed.

No, the products do not need to be refrigerated if able to be stored properly out of heat and direct sunlight. If you wish to refrigerate the products, it will not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. 

Products that you can store in the refrigerator: Avocado Eye Repair Cream, Face Hydrating Butter, Whipped Body Butter Cream

Our turmeric scrub contains raw turmeric, which has the potential to cause staining if not used properly. To avoid staining nails, we advise scooping out the scrub using a spoon and recommend following up with a cleanser after each use to ensure thorough removal. 

Order Processing

After you place your order, we will begin processing it within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise specified on our website), excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your shipping label is printed, and this link will give you the most accurate delivery time frame. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking link to update.

Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after receiving your tracking link. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

If you have received a tracking email: your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. We are unable to change addresses that have been fulfilled. You can try contacting USPS or UPS directly to intercept the package.

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible to get them shipped out. You can email us at to request a change to address or personal info such as email or phone number. Please include name, address and order # in your email. Once item has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be changed.

We are unable to change or add items to your order once you place your order. We request you email us to cancel your order and place a new order. You can email us at 

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Please send an email us within 24 hours to process your cancellation and refund. Send an email to including name, address and order # in your cancellation request.  

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible to get them shipped out. If it has been over 24 hours, you can email us at to request a cancellation but we cannot guarantee it will be processed. Please include name, address and order # in your cancellation request. 

Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been emailed, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

As soon as your order is fulfilled you will be emailed a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking link to update. 

If you did not receive a tracking link after 5 business days of placing your order, please send an email to with your name and order number. 

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost by the carrier, please reach out to us via email at Please make sure to contact us after 3 days of the package being deemed lost. Kindly include your name and order number in your email so that we can investigate the matter promptly.

We will work closely with you and the carrier to find the best solution for your lost package. Typically, lost packages are located within 10 business days.

If your package is not found after 10 business days, we will issue a replacement to you at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund instead, please let us know and we will make sure to accommodate your request.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your package delivery. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email to make sure it's correct.
  2. Allow some time as there may be a delay in the delivery status update. Sometimes our carriers make mistakes and scan the package as delivered before it actually arrives. Wait for 1-2 business days for the package to appear.
  3. Check with your neighbors, building management or mailroom to see if they received the package on your behalf.
  4. Review your USPS tracking link for a notice of attempted delivery. Follow the instructions provided in the notice.
  5. If you still can't find your package, contact USPS or UPS and initiate a claim with your tracking number.

If you need assistance with filing a claim, please reach out to our team via email at to receive instructions on filing the claim. All packages shipped with USPS Ground Advantage UPS include insurance up to $100. 

If the package is returned to our shipping location we will contact you once we receive the package. The customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.  

Naturally Created 4 You does not take responsibility for items not delivered once we drop them off at the carrier. Naturally Created 4 You is not responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to packages being returned. We do not issue refunds for packages marked delivered but not received.

We utilitize USPS and UPS for our carriers. There are 3 different shipping options to choose from:

USPS Ground Advantage is a new shipping option offered by USPS. It's key benefit is it's affordability. The standard delivery time is 2-5 business days and offers insurance up to $100 on every package.

USPS Priority includes up to $100 insurance on every package within you shipping cost.This is not an expedited shipping service but it does offer faster shipping times with a standard delivery time of 2-5 business days. 

UPS includes up to $100 insurance on every package within you shipping cost.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at within 48 hours of delivery. If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please make sure to include that in your request.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide your name, order number, photos, and a description of the damaged items in your email.

Please keep in mind that any butters that may melt during the summer heat are not considered damaged.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that our company is not liable for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned products, we will process a refund or offer store credit based on your preference. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note that products must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for return. We do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards, sale items and sample sizes are final sale.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving your request. However, please keep in mind that it may take 5-7 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your bank account.

On the other hand, if you opted for store credit instead of a refund, it will be electronically issued within 3-5 days and can be used immediately.

We accept various payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept checks or money orders as payment.

Please keep in mind that when using VISA gift cards or NC4Y gift cards, the total amount of your order must be fully covered by the gift card, otherwise we are unable to process the payment.

How do your installment plan payment options work?

We have collaborated with Sezzle, Shop Pay, and Afterpay to provide you with convenient installment payment plans. With these options, you can split your payment into 4 manageable installments. This means that you can make a purchase and spread the cost over time, without having to pay the full amount upfront.
