Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your shipping label is printed, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update. Most orders deliver within 2 to 4 business days after that.

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com right away with your name, address, and a general idea of what you ordered so we can verify your order went through.

If you haven't received a tracking number yet, email us immediately and we'll try to update your order. If we can't, we are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.

If you've already received a tracking email, your order is on its way and we cannot change the address. You can contact USPS or UPS to try to intercept the package.

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com to request changes to your address or contact info. Once a tracking number is assigned, no changes can be made.

We cannot add or remove items after an order is placed. You'd need to cancel and reorder.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name, address, and order number. After 24 hours we'll try but cannot guarantee. Once a tracking number is assigned, the order can't be cancelled (see our return policy instead).

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, on orders over a set amount. The current threshold is shown at checkout and on our site banner.

We ship with USPS and UPS:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days, includes $100 insurance
  • USPS Priority: faster delivery, 2 to 5 business days, includes $100 insurance
  • UPS: standard shipping, includes $100 insurance

Yes, we ship to Canada and Mexico.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first update. If you don't receive a link within 5 business days, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name and order number.

If your package hasn't arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name and order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if the package isn't located within 10 business days.

First, double check your shipping address, allow 1 to 2 business days in case of carrier delays, ask neighbors or your building office, and review your USPS tracking for any attempted delivery notices. If it's still missing, contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Email our team if you need help with the claim.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. We are not responsible for items once they're dropped off with the carrier, and we do not refund packages marked delivered but not received.

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, photos, and a description of the damage.

Please note: body butters that melted in transit due to heat are not considered damaged and can be reset in the fridge.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NC4Y products. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new or gently used condition
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Gift cards, sale items, and sample sizes are final sale
  • We do not offer exchanges

To start a return, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label at no cost. Once the package is received by the carrier, we'll process your refund or store credit within 3 to 5 business days, less any original shipping fees.

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name, order number, and a description of what you received. We'll correct the issue.

We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your order within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We also offer installment plans through Shop Pay and Afterpay, which let you split your payment into 4. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Gift cards (excluding NC4Y gift cards) must fully cover your order total.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your request. It may take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Store credit is issued electronically within 3 to 5 business days and can be used right away.

Skin Care

Yes. All NC4Y products are free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, phthalates, mineral oil, dyes, and animal testing.

Most formulas contain certified organic ingredients, marked with an asterisk on the product page. All ingredients are high quality, effective, and responsibly sourced. Read more here: Clean vs Natural Skincare.

6 to 12 months after opening, indicated on the product label. Discard after the shelf life expires.

Keep products away from heat and direct sunlight, avoid introducing water into the container, use clean fingers or a spatula to scoop, and close lids tightly after use. For lash and brow oil, make sure your face is clean before applying.

Refrigeration is not required if products are stored properly out of heat and sunlight. It's optional for our Avocado Eye Repair Cream, Face Hydrating Butter, and Whipped Body Butter Cream.

Yes, digital gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 amounts. We do not offer physical gift cards. Order here.
