How long do products last? 
Since our products are natural and do not contain any artificial preservatives the shelf life is shorter. Our products will last on average 6 months - 1 year if handled and stored properly. After a year they may start to lose effectiveness. Please check product description for each item.


How should I store & handle products? Our products are made with natural ingredients, therefore products will not last as long if not properly stored or handled. Below are tips to prolong the life of your products.

  • Store products away from light and heat. 
  • Do not get water in your product or it will shorten the lifespan of the product. Use clean, dry fingers (or a spoon/spatula) to take the product out of the container.
  • Please make sure your make up is completely removed and face is clean before applying lash & brow oil so that you do not contaminate the oil. 

 

What is the order processing time?
All orders take 1-3 days to process (unless otherwise noted on our website), not including weekends or holidays and regardless of shipping method. In most cases, orders are delivered 1-3 days after shipping. Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in shipping. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to work through this.


How long do orders take to deliver?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Below are average shipping times but due to Covid-19, there may be delays. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to work through this.
Domestic Orders:
Standard First Class Package Shipping: 1-3 days
Priority Shipping: 1-3 days
International Orders: 
Standard First Class Package International Shipping: 7-21 days
Priority Shipping International : 6-10 days


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email or text us immediately. We will do our best to update your order & change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address. 


What if my order arrives damaged?

  • In the unfortunate event that an order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue immediately. If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, please include that in your request. 
  • Please include name, order #, photos and a description of damaged items.
  • You have 7 days from initial inquiry to provide information needed for a refund to be issued. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. 

*Please keep in mind that butters melting during summer heat are not considered damaged.*
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you placed an order and are not happy with your product we will work hard to make it right. Please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to discuss a resolution. 


Can I cancel my order? 
We try to fill orders as quickly as possible to get them shipped out. You can email or text us to request a cancellation but we cannot guarantee it will be processed. Please include name, address and order # in your cancellation request. If product is unable to be canceled you can initiate a return once the product delivered. 


Can I change my order? 
We are unable to change the order but you can attempt to cancel. 


What if I don't receive my package? 
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please email us if the package has not shown up after 7 business days.
