Account

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order with us. Simply add the item to cart and complete your checkout.

How do I subscribe to emails?

If you would like to join our email list, please complete the skin quiz and you will automatically be added. You will also receive a discount code on your first order for joining our email list.

Billing

How long does it take to receive a store credit or refund?

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving your request. However, please keep in mind that it may take 5-7 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your bank account.

If you opted for store credit instead of a refund, it will be electronically issued within 3-5 days and can be used immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are not accepted.

For gift cards (excluding NC4Y gift cards), the total must be fully covered by the gift card.

We also offer installment plans through Shop Pay, and Afterpay, allowing you to split payments into 4 manageable installments.

What if I was charged twice on one order?

Please email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your order name, order number, and a photo of the charges. Our team will investigate within 24 hours.

Order Processing

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a tracking link via email once the shipping label is printed. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after receiving the tracking link.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation?

If you did not receive an email or text confirmation, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com immediately with your name, address, and a general idea of items ordered to verify your order went through.

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address.

If you haven't received a tracking number: email us immediately and we will try to update your order. If we are unable to, Naturally Created 4 You does not take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address.

If you have received a tracking email: your order is already on its way. We cannot change addresses once fulfilled. You may contact USPS or UPS to intercept the package.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com to request changes to address or personal info. Once an item is processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be changed.

We cannot add or remove items after the order is placed. You can request a cancellation and place a new order instead.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name, address, and order number.

If over 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once a tracking number is assigned, the order cannot be canceled—please see our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Naturally Created 4 You products. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new or gently used condition.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards, sale items, and sample sizes are final sale.
  • We do not offer product exchanges.

To start a return, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your order name, order number, and reason. Return instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued to original payment or store credit, within 3-5 business days after receipt, less any original shipping fees.

Once the return package has been received by the carrier, we will process a refund or offer store credit based on your preference. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original purchase, less any original shipping fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name, order number, and description of what was received. We will correct the issue.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted for unopened or gently used items within 30 days.

What if a product doesn't work out for me?

We accept returns within 30 days for new or gently used products. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A return label will be provided at no cost.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my package?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for updates. If you do not receive a link within 5 business days, email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com with your name and order number.

What happens if the carrier loses my package?

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com if your package is lost after 3 days. Include your name and order number. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if not found within 10 business days.

What if my package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

Check your shipping address, allow 1-2 business days for delays, check with neighbors/mailrooms, and review USPS tracking for attempted delivery notices. If still missing, contact USPS/UPS and email our team for help filing a claim. All packages include up to $100 insurance.

Packages returned to our location: customer responsible for reshipment fees. We are not responsible for items once dropped at carrier. No refunds for packages marked delivered but not received.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship to Canada and Mexico.

What shipping options are offered?

We use USPS and UPS:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: affordable, 2-5 business days, $100 insurance.
  • USPS Priority: faster delivery, 2-5 business days, $100 insurance.
  • UPS: standard shipping with $100 insurance.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Email customerservice@naturallycreated4you.com within 48 hours. Include name, order number, photos, and description. Butters melted in heat are not considered damaged.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on domestic orders over $50.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking link via email, which updates within 24-48 hours.

Skin Care

Are your products all natural?

Yes, free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, phthalates, mineral oil, dyes, and animal testing.

How should I properly store my products?

Keep away from heat/light, avoid introducing water, use clean fingers or a spatula, and tightly close lids. For lash/brow oil, ensure face is clean before applying.

Do you offer a subscription box?

Not currently, but we plan to add one this year.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards ($10, $25, $50, $100) are online only. No physical cards. Order here.

Are your products vegan?

All products except those with beeswax, lanolin, or emu oil are vegan. Specific products with animal-derived ingredients are listed in your FAQ.

Are your products organic?

Most formulas contain certified organic ingredients (marked with *). Ingredients are safe, high-quality, effective, and responsibly sourced. Learn more: Clean vs Natural Skincare.

What is the shelf life of the products?

6-12 months after opening, indicated on the product label. Discard after shelf life expires.

Should I refrigerate my products?

Refrigeration not required if stored properly out of heat/sunlight. Refrigeration is optional for Avocado Eye Repair Cream, Face Hydrating Butter, Whipped Body Butter Cream.

Does turmeric stain?

Yes, turmeric scrub may stain. Scoop with spoon and cleanse after use to avoid staining nails.
