Good morning ,
It's been just over 3 years since I emailed the very first "nothing related to skincare" email to an email list of people who signed up to a skincare business. It was on February 27th, 2023 to be exact. I was transitioning from running the wholesale side of my company in 2022 to running both the retail and wholesale in 2023. It was really hard. I was tired, and I didn’t know what was next. I loved skincare, but I couldn’t possibly send another email about a skincare tip, nor did I want to. I just wanted to share my journey in hopes that it would help another woman. I had experienced God moving in my life in 2022, and I just wanted to share more of it. So that’s what I did. I just started typing and sharing week by week. It’s been a great way to reflect, and it’s been a blessing to hear from others that they were encouraged.
The emails were originally just "morning messages". Then in April, they were called “morning inspo” and the name never changed. I went on to write a book in 2024, and it was published last year. I never considered myself a writer. My thoughts can be all over the place, but it helps to type them out. Soon, I hope to start a podcast to read these out loud to reach more people.
I don’t know what will become of all this, but it’s important to share. I hope something I’ve shared in the last 3 years has encouraged you, and more importantly, pointed you back to Christ.
