When will my order be shipped?
All orders take 1-3 days to process (unless otherwise noted on our website), not including weekends or holidays and regardless of shipping method. In most cases, orders are delivered 1-3 days after shipping. Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in shipping. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to work through this.

How can I track my package?
All orders receive a confirmation email or text. Please refer to your order confirmation for tracking details via USPS.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation?
If you did not receive an email or text message please email us immediately to make sure your order went through. Please include name, address and a general idea of items ordered.
What if I don't receive my package?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please email us if the package has not shown up after 7 business days.
Tips for placing an order:
To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct destination, please make sure your name & address are accurate. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying your address, we will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email or text us immediately. We will do our best to update your order & change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address.
