We want you to love your Naturally Created 4 You products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Products must be in new or gently used condition.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Gift cards, sale items, and sample sizes are final sale and cannot be returned.
• We do not offer product exchanges.

How to Start a Return

2. Include your order name, order number, and a brief reason for the return.
3. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll process either a refund or store credit (your choice).
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is received.
